SAM EASTLACK

Sam Eastlack has more than twenty years of experience in accounting and business consulting covering small businesses, non-profits and multi-billion-dollar manufacturing companies. He started his career with three years in public accounting and then moved his way up the corporate ladder.  Prior to launching Gray Buffalo Consulting in 2021, Sam provided consulting services to local businesses across the region.  His goal - make businesses better. How? By helping them improve profitability and reinvest in their company so they can continue to grow.
 
Through Gray Buffalo Consulting, Sam becomes his client’s financial business partner and consults on all aspects of their business to guide the decision-making process, improve efficiencies, and increase profitability. He values the time he invests in learning about every type of business he is supporting. His operational experience in the poultry industry has proven invaluable in his career development and provided perspective to the challenges business owners encounter on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. 
 
Sam has an expansive understanding of the continuous improvement process by focusing on determining the root cause of issues and working to find solutions to prevent a reoccurrence of the same issues or eliminate the issue in totality. 

Sam has experience leading large corporate projects such as SAP Concur, Oracle Project Costing, Oracle WebCenter, and developing operational scorecards for management that track Key Performance Indicators.

Sam is a loyal Alumni of Elon University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He resides in Berlin, MD, with his wife Devon and their four sons. He enjoys spending time with his family and being an Uber for his sons. When Sam is not at a sporting event for his boys, he enjoys spending time on the beach.
